Activity

The AMKIT Consortium coordinates cooperation among the Universities of Applied Sciences (UAS) libraries in Finland. The AMKIT Consortium works through its members and decision-making bodies. In addition to general meetings and a steering committee, the Consortium has several working groups with varying duties and terms of office.

Working groups

AMKIT Consortium’s steering committee has set up working groups to plan and coordinate cooperation and joint projects.

At present there are working groups in the following areas:

  • Metadata
  • Pedagogy
  • Open educational resources
  • Sustainable development

In addition to the working groups, an advisory group for the open repository Theseus is working at present.
